In the field

I photograph the quiet edges of the day — fog over low fields, the breath of a stag in cold air, birds drawn as lines across a pale sky.

My work lives in the negotiation between darkness and light: Nordic mist, golden-hour grass, and lone figures dissolving into the landscape.
